Yetunde Asaolu is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department and an integral member of the Corporate & Commercial, Litigation, Energy, Admiralty, and Aviation practice groups. She delivers strategic legal advisory across trademark and copyright protection, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.

Yetunde has advised diverse clients, including multinational corporations, regulated businesses, and fast-growing startups. She recently supported a multinational beverage company in strengthening and expanding its global intellectual property portfolio and played a key role in the establishment of the Nigerian subsidiary of a leading international smart-card manufacturing company—overseeing incorporation processes and supporting financing documentation and negotiations.

She has also advised a major virtual top-up and data services provider on capital-raising processes, including preparation of core transaction documents and securing relevant regulatory approvals. Her experience extends to advising startups and emerging enterprises on compliance, commercial structuring, intellectual property protection, and risk management, enabling them to scale sustainably and competitively.
